One person is dead after a motorcycle crashed into a vehicle near Washington Avenue and Michael.
Investigators say neither the motorcycle nor the SUV driver were properly licensed.
The 19-year-old motorcycle driver was killed in the crash. The 18-year-old SUV driver was uninjured in the crash.
Police are still trying to figure out who caused the fatal collision.
The Clark County coroner identified the deceased as Cristian Felipe Mamian-Melo.
This marks Clark County's 16th fatal crash of 2016.
