Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis is ready to talk once again about bringing an NFL team to Las Vegas.
Davis will be speaking at the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure committee meeting on April 28 at UNLV.
Davis has been in Las Vegas twice in the past 2 months to visit potential stadium sites.
