Nye County has received reports of a Secret Shopper scam in the area.
Some people are reporting to the sheriff's office that they have received letters to be a Secret Shoppers to make extra money.
It asks people to deposit a cashier's check and "evaluate" a Walmart store in their area. Then they're asked to transfer $2,200 to two people living in Texas.
