North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee says he remains optimistic about the city's future.
Lee delivered his State of the City address Thursday and showed off some renderings of future projects, including the new Milestone Park coming to downtown. he wouldn't go into detail about all the projects but said announcements will be made this year.
He says people around the world are taking notice of the improvements in North Las Vegas.
The mayor did mention the Faraday Future project and its failures but says the future of Apex remains bright.
