ORIGINAL STORY: Another large convention in Las Vegas has been postponed.
The 2020 Nightclub & Bar Conference & Exhibition that was scheduled March 30 through April 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center and has been rescheduled for June.
"We recognize all the hard work that so many have put into preparing for their exhibit booths, speaker presentations and entertainment programs that accompany every Nightclub & Bar Show event,” said Paul Miller, CEO of Nightclub & Bar Show parent company, Questex.
This will be the first time in 35 years the event has been forced to postpone.
According to a statement on their website, organizers say they decided to postpone because the impact of the coronavirus has been worsening daily.
Nightclub & Bar Show exhibitors and attendees will be contacted as soon as possible with information regarding the rescheduled dates.

Approximately 40,000 people attend the Nightclub & Bar show each year.
The International Pizza Expo, which has 12,000 attendees each year, is also scheduled to take place during the same time frame -- March 31 through April 2.
According to their website, the expo is still happening.
CinemaCon announced late Wednesday that it will not be coming to Las Vegas this year. The movie conference, which is attended by some of the biggest movie stars, directors and producers in the world, was supposed to happen March 30 through April 2 at Caesars Palace.
The National Association of Broadcasters, which brings more than 100,000 people to the city, also announced Wednesday that their April conference was canceled.
And, many people are still waiting to hear if the Electric Daisy Carnival, which is scheduled for May 15-17 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, is also going to be canceled or postponed.
The creator of the event, Pasquale Rotella, tweeted on Wednesday night that he is "gathering details" and advised the people planning on attending to "Stay tuned for more info."

11:31 MARCH 12 UPDATE: The International Pizza Expo has also announced that it will be postponing its show. The show is being rescheduled to June 26 through June 28 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
