The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

10:45 P.M. UPDATE: LVMPD says the person involved in the barricade located near Las Vegas Boulevard and Reno has been taken into custody.

Las Vegas Boulevard between Tropicana and Mandalay Bay will continue to be close to traffic until the investigation is concluded.

10:25 P.M.
Police activity has traffic stopped on Las Vegas Boulevard between Tropicana Avenue and Mandalay Bay Road. This is a developing story, check back for updates.

6:22 P.M.
LVMPD officers responded to a possible kidnapping investigation that turned into a pursuit. It ended on the I-15 SB on-ramp at Blue Diamond Road. READ MORE

5:20 P.M.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is reporting 45-year-old Jose Antonio Rangel as a missing and endangered person. He was last seen on Aug. 29 and drives a white 2004 Ford F-150 truck. Anyone with information on his whereabouts was urged to contact authorities at 702-828-2907.

5:20 P.M.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is reporting 25-year-old Erick Michel Rangel-Ibarra as a missing and endangered person. He was last seen in the Las Vegas area and drives a white 2004 Ford F-150 truck. Anyone with information on his whereabouts was urged to contact authorities at 702-828-2907.

Erick Michel Rangel-Ibarra, 25, was reported missing on Sept. 1 before LVMPD named him a suspect Sept. 9. in Lesly Palacio's disappearance.

4:15 P.M.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is reporting 22-year-old Lesly Palacio as a missing and endangered person. Police say she was last seen on Aug. 29 in Las Vegas. Palacio has tattoos of a zodiac sign on her left arm and a butterfly on her back. Anyone with information on her whereabouts was urged to contact authorities at 702-828-2907.

22-year-old Lesly Palacio was reported missing on Sept. 1 before police say her body was found on Sept. 9.

2:15 P.M.
The barricade situation at a home on Mountain Moss Drive near Rainbow Boulevard and Twain Avenue is over, according to Las Vegas police. A male has been taken into custody without incident.

1:44 P.M.
Police need help locating a 67-year-old woman who went missing today at about 8:30 a.m. in North Las Vegas. Police say she has dementia and does not have access to her medications.

67-year-old Janice Gray was reported missing Sept. 1. She was last seen by her family near her home on Summer Glenn Lane, near Decatur Boulevard and Lone Mountain Road in North Las Vegas.

Police say Gray is about 5’ tall and130 lbs with short brown/silver hair. She is very thin and frail. She was last seen wearing a gray short-sleeve t-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

All hospitals are asked to check their registries for Gray, or any Jane Doe matching the above description, and to notify the police immediately if found. It should be noted that HIPPA permits disclosure upon request to law enforcement, and is authorized pursuant, 45 C.F.R. section 154.512.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gray is asked to contact the North Las Vegas Police Department immediately at 702-633-9111.

12:50 P.M.
Las Vegas police are on the scene of a barricade situation at a home on Mountain Moss Drive near Rainbow Boulevard and Twain Avenue. Police say someone reported the incident around 10:30 a.m. and told authorities a family member was "acting erratic and making threats to hurt others." Avoid the area.

10:20 A.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue are on the scene of a vacant house fire on June Avenue near Pecos Road and Charleston Boulevard.
