5:35 P.M.

North Las Vegas firefighters and Las Vegas Fire and Rescue crews are battling a 2-alarm fire with multiple structures on fire at in the 3300 block of Nicki Cometa Street, near Decatur Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue. More details here

7:55 A.M.

The Clark County Fire Department was called to reports of a fire at a Wells Fargo located at the corner of Sunset Road and Eastern Avenue. The fire was at a drive-up ATM machine. Crews knocked down the flames and prevented extension to the bank. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

7:40 A.M.

Fire crews responded to a report of a fire at 4830 East Cartier Avenue. Flames were found in a large pile of debris in the back a building. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire. The cause remains under investigation.

5 A.M.

Las Vegas police are investigating a car theft that occurred near UNLV's campus on Lulu Avenue, west of Maryland Parkway. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male between 20-30 years old.

12:30 A.M.

UNLV police responded to reports of a student who was robbed and struck with a handgun in the back of the head. This happened in Lot F at the corner of Tropicana Avenue and Maryland Parkway. The student declined medical assistance. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male between 20-30 years old.
