LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

UPDATE 5:44 P.M.:
Police say the deadly shooting on Jones Boulevard near Robindale Road is not a homicide investigation. Officers believe the two men were in an altercation when the shots were fired. Police say one of the men is in serious condition at UMC trauma with a gunshot wound to his right leg but is stable. The other man is dead, police say.

4:39 P.M.
One man is dead and another is recovering from a gunshot wound after two men were shot on Jones Boulevard near Robindale Road around 3:30 p.m, according to Las Vegas police. Officers remain on the scene. Avoid the area.

2:45 P.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating after a man was found dead in a car on Nellis Boulevard near Vegas Valley Drive. Officers responded to a report of a "suspicious male" inside a parked vehicle at The Boulevard Apartments' parking lot. No other details were immediately given. The investigation remains ongoing, check back for updates.

OVERNIGHT
Henderson Police discovered a 40-year-old man and a 45-year-old man suffering from apparent bullet wounds on the 2900 block of Clarity Court, near South Eastern Avenue and East Silverado Ranch Boulevard, after receiving a call of shots fired at around 10:30p.m. Saturday. The 40-year-old was declared deceased at the scene. The 45-year-old man was transported to Sunrise Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Officials report that the motive and suspect for the shooting are unknown at this time. READ MORE
