A 27-year-old woman is dead after a crash involving a car and a semi-truck on U.S. 95 near the Solar One power station. Nevada Highway Patrol says a white Dodge Charger was driving southbound in the northbound lanes between Boulder City and Searchlight. There was a semi traveling northbound in the northbound lanes at the same time. NHP says the Dodge attempted to avoid the semi but ended up striking the back end of the truck.
