2 P.M.
Las Vegas police say a patio collapsed on a worker during construction of a patio at a private residence in the 7000 block of Haven Street. Other workers began removing the debris after the collapse and found the man deceased. At this time it's unknown why the structure collapsed and OSHA will be investigating.
