The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

11:07 P.M.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said troopers arrested a wrong-way driver on suspicion of DUI. The vehicle was traveling from US-95, Casino Center to US-95, Jones Boulevard. However, the truck was northbound in the southbound lanes.

5:23 P.M.
Police said a resident shot a burglar while inside his apartment in the 100 block of North 15th Street, near Fremont Street. The suspect was struck at least once by a bullet and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Detectives remained at the scene for the investigation.

2:30 P.M.
Crash near U.S. 95 and Rancho Drive. All lanes blocked. Expect delays.

2:30 P.M.
Las Vegas police are on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash near Desert Inn Road and South Decatur boulevard. The northbound lanes will be closed for a couple of hours to clean it up the scene.

12:20 P.M.
Las Vegas police say an 86-year-old man hospitalized in a car crash on Feb. 3 has succumbed to his injuries. Bernard Judis was pronounced dead at UMC Trauma on Feb. 5, police say.

The two-vehicle crash on Feb. 3 near Desert Inn Road and Jones Boulevard marks the 13th traffic related death in Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's jurisdiction for 2020. The crash remains under investigation.

9:05 A.M.
Fernando Rodriguez Corbin, 58, was arrested in Florida in connection with a stabbing in the Las Vegas area. Corbin was booked into the for Osceola County Jail and facing local charges for stabbing his girlfriend and roommate.
