9:53 P.M.
Las Vegas police say they are investigating a homicide at 7055 E. Lake Mead Blvd. near Los Feliz Street. Avoid the area. READ MORE.
5:20 A.M.
Las Vegas police report a barricade situation is occurring at a home in the 2700 block of Long Court, near Karen and Eastern avenues. The home has been evacuated, along with a few others, as a man remains inside possibly armed with a knife and making threats. The man was eventually taken into custody at around 9:50 a.m.
OVERNIGHT
A man is recovering after police say his girlfriend stabbed him in front of Bally’s hotel-casino. The couple began to fight and the woman pulled out an object and stabbed him in the neck. Police say the man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. The woman was taken into custody.
