4:31 P.M.

Las Vegas police received reports of a shooting near Nellis Oasis Lane and North Lamont Street around 3:53 p.m. No injuries were reported. Officers are looking for the suspected shooter.

3 P.M.

Henderson Fire Department says 5 were displaced by the fire this morning in the home on Coulisse Street. The fire department says that the fire started in the kitchen. Two adults and 3 children were displaced. No one was injured.

11 A.M.

Fire reported at 2-story house at 1329 Coulisse Street in Anthem.

7:47 A.M.

Las Vegas officers responded to a report of a person having been stabbed at the intersection of East Cheyenne Avenue and Marion Drive, east of North Nellis Boulevard.

Two people have been detained and the victim was transported to UMC Trauma, but the extent of their injuries are currently unknown.

The incident has caused east bound Cheyenne Avenue to be closed in the area.

 

OVERNIGHT

Police say a woman has been arrested after she stole money from the Stratosphere hotel-casino. The woman approached the casino cage and demanded money. She received $500 and left the hotel-casino in a taxi. Police were able to arrest her shortly after.
