Home prices in Las Vegas have broken a record.
According to new numbers from the Las Vegas Realtors, the median price for a single family home was $325,000 in June. That tops the previous record of $319,000 set in March.
The LVR adds that home sales increased nearly 45% last month, and while inventory is tight, more homes are being added.
