LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Stepping into the work force never looked like this.

Haley Pavone, the 23-year-old CEO of Pashion Footwear is giving a new spin on dressing for success.

She's using her company's success to give back to 23 students at Durango High School.

Pavone created a convertible heel, turning a high-heel shoe into a flat.

She's hoping the shoes will inspire the young women to enter the workforce with determination and chase their dreams.
