CARSON CITY (KTNV) — A new bill seeks to change how teachers in Nevada are evaluated.
Under the bill, student growth will have zero effect on the teachers evaluation.
The bill applies to the this school year and next.
Schools also won't be required to develop learning goals to measure student growth.
