LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A new affordable apartment complex is coming to the Las Vegas area called the Decatur Commons.
The complex will be located at the intersection of Decatur Boulevard and Alta Drive and is scheduled to be complete by next summer.
It is expected to be home to more than 400 low-income families and seniors once finished.
Pre-leasing will begin this summer. The nonprofit Nevada Hand is funding the project.
