Nevada's Task Force One returned home Monday after a 13-day deployment to hurricane-ravaged North Carolina.
On Sept. 11 , a 16-member Task Force One rescue team was deployed to the areas of North Carolina hardest hit by Hurricane Florence.
They completed more than 80 rescues and were given a special honor by locals . For all their efforts, the mayor of Beaufort, North Carolina, awarded the rescue team with the key to the city.
Task Force One is made up of volunteer first responders - mostly from fire departments across Nevada.
