FEB. 16 UPDATE: The Nevada Highway Patrol has identified the two victims of the crash as 46-year-old Edwin Gutierrez-Franco and Jorge Franco, both from North Hollywood, California. Their deaths were due to multiple blunt force injuries and the manner was ruled an accident.
The driver of the GMC Sierra was identified BY NHP as 44-year-old, Christopher Lambert. He was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Nevada Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a fatal crash involving multiple vehicles on Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway on Saturday.
Troopers say the crash was between a white GMC pickup truck and a gray Honda Pilot SUV.
NHP says the GMC ran a red light according to witnesses and struck the Pilot while it was turning in the intersection.
The driver of the Pilot died at the scene and the passenger was transported to University Medical Center where they later passed away.
Troopers say the driver of the GMC was also taken to UMC but was stable and will be booked on suspicion of driving under the influence.
