LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — June was a great month for Nevada casinos, which took in more than a billion dollars in winnings.
The Nevada Gaming Control Board says casinos took in almost $1.2 billion last month. That's $153 million more than in 2019, before the pandemic.
The Las Vegas Strip earned more than $600 million last month and downtown Las Vegas saw nearly $80 million.
