Nevada bill would require police body cameras statewide

A new bill making its way through the Nevada Legislature would require all law enforcement officers in the state to wear body cameras.

They're already being used by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Nevada Highway Patrol.

The bill passed a Senate committee Wednesday and is headed to the full Senate for a vote.
