A major announcement is expected tonight in connection to the SLS hotel-casino on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The hotel-casino began a $100 million upgrade in October but there have been some problems.
The SLS hotel brand is suing the owner, Alex Meruelo, claiming he has not paid licensing fees for the hotel and restaurant since November.
The 1,600-room resort was formerly known as the Sahara. Some people are speculating that the hotel-casino could be changing its name again.
