UPDATE: Las Vegas police say that the motorcyclist has died from her injuries.
ORIGINAL STORY
LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- A female motorcyclist has been critically injured in a crash with a SUV near the intersection of West Sahara Avenue and South Valley View Boulevard.
The crash was reported at 12:46 p.m. Police said a Honda motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Sahara when a Chevrolet Suburban was turning left westbound on Sahara into a private drive. As the Chevrolet turned in front of the motorcycle, the motorcycle hit the right side of the SUV.
The motorcyclist was transported to UMC Trauma. She was identified as 22-year-old Jazmyn Ennis of Henderson.
The driver of the SUV was transported to Valley Hospital with minor injuries.
