LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas Medical District will be seeing more incoming housing.
The project includes .71 acres near Alta and Tonopah and will include a multi-story complex containing 200 units. 10% of that housing will be allotted for affordable housing and will also include 5,000 square feet for retail and a child enrichment center.
Construction is expected to be finished by December 2028.
