The fees are increasing from $39 to $45, which will match the resort frees already in place for the Wynn hotel-casino.

The new fees will increase at ARIA, Vdara and Bellagio hotel-casinos. The new fees will go into effect on Aug. 1.

According to MGM, decisions about pricing are based on local and nationwide marketplace standards, including the bundled costs of amenities and services included with a stay.

MGM released the following statement on the fee adjustment:

We are constantly evaluating prices to ensure they properly reflect the business landscape and the services and amenities they support.

MGM says that its resort fees are comparable with other luxury resorts’ fees in Las Vegas that offer bundled amenities and services.
