Two Las Vegas dogs are getting a taste of Super Bowl Sunday this weekend.
The annual Puppy Bowl will feature a couple of pups from the Nevada SPCA. Rufus and Kassi, both terrier mixes, were selected to the roster with dogs from all over the country.
It's the fourth year in a row the NSPCA has sent puppies to the event.
Every dog that participates comes from a not-for-profit shelter.
"There's this misconception that shelters are full of mean, biting dogs or tiny, yapping dogs and this is to show that shelters all across the world have puppies in them," said Kathy Jung, the president of the NSPCA.
Both Rufus and Kassi have recently found their forever homes.
The NSPCA is hosting a viewing party Sunday from noon to 2 p.m.
