The first medical marijuana dispensary in Laughlin opened Wednesday.
A ribbon cutting ceremony took place for Nevada Medical Marijuana. The same company is opening a dispensary Thursday in Henderson, located at St. Rose Parkway and Seven Hills Road.
Same company opening one in Henderson as well.
