Day two of the HIGH TIMES Cannabis Cup was cancelled on Sunday due to strong winds in the Las Vegas valley. The event is a marijuana trade show featuring competitions, instructional seminars, concerts, celebrity appearances, and more.

Steady winds are expected to reach 40 miles per hour, with gusts up to 60 miles per hour. The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory until 10 p.m. due to the weather.

"Obviously, the safety of our patrons is of the utmost importance... and we cannot put anyone in the middle of these dangerous weather conditions," wrote HIGH TIMES in a statement.

Attendees are encouraged to exchange their tickets for passes to the SoCal Cannabis Cup in April. Email cannabiscuphelp@hightimes.com for more details.
