A man was shot last night near Jean and police are still looking for the shooter.
The shooting happened around 10 or 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at a gas station in Jean. The victim was shot in the head. He was transported to University Medical Center in unknown condition.
Police believe that several people may have been involved in the incident. Three or four people were seen hopping into a car after the shooting and driving onto the freeway.
Nevada Highway Patrol is assisting Las Vegas police with the investigation.
