LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police say a man shot a pit bull shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday morning.
According to police, the man claims that the pit bull, which was not on a leash, lunged at him as he was walking his German Shepherd near East Sahara Avenue and 6th Street.
Las Vegas police and Animal Control officers were called to investigate.
