LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Nevada State Police said that one man is being transported to UMC trauma in critical condition after "falling" off an overpass.
Police are on scene at IR15 and Flamingo Tuesday evening in response to this incident.
It is unclear at this time if the man “jumped or fell” off the overpass according to police.
