A man was found dead on the side of the road near Hermit Drive and Ligurta Road around 5:20 p.m. Monday.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies confirmed the man was dead after arriving at the scene. An initial investigation indicated that the Golden Valley resident may have been hit by a car.
The victim's identity will be released after family has been notified. Officials are still investigating and autopsy results are pending.
