The Las Vegas City Council is expected to vote next week to reopen the Lucky Dragon casino, at least temporarily.
The casino, which closed in January, would be open for two days in order for the owners to keep the gaming license. The Nevada Gaming Commission requires gaming to take place on site at least once every two years.
The Lucky Dragon hotel has remained open.
