A 1 October survivor got to throw the first pitch at a Chicago Cubs spring training game.
Jovanna Calzadillas survived a bullet to the brain in the Las Vegas shooting. She finally returned home in January after months of surgery and rehabilitation.
She received a standing ovation from the crowd and players as she threw the first pitch.
