Apartment List just recently released their May rent report for Las Vegas.
The report breakdowns where they track rent growth, median prices, and market trends.
Here are some of this month's highlights from the report:
- Rents in Las Vegas are up 2.6% over the past year, the #7 fastest growth rate among the nation's large cities. For comparison, our national rent index grew by just 1.4% over the past year.

- Since 2014, rents in Las Vegas have grown by 19.9%, outpacing the national average of 10.4%.
- The median rent for a 2BR apartment in Las Vegas is currently $1,193 compared to the national average of $1,196.
