UPDATE FEB. 13: Las Vegas police say a missing girl officers requested help from the public locating has been found safe.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Missing Person Detail is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Estrella Alvarez.
Estrella was last seen in the area of Ft. Apache and Blue Diamond on February 10. Estrella was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black shirt.
Anyone with any information on the known whereabouts of Estrella Alvarez is strongly urged to contact the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Missing Person Detail immediately at 702-828-2907.
