The city of Las Vegas sees buildings as blank canvases, and now, they hope to add even more murals to downtown.
Right now, the city is taking applications from artists who want to paint walls, utility boxes, and storm drains throughout downtown. The project includes the Neonopolis parking garage near Fremont Street.
"Culture and the arts are a key to Las Vegas being a world class city," says Mayor Goodman.
