Life is Beautiful begins at today in downtown Las Vegas and attendees should be ready for hot weather.
According to Action News meteorologist Greg Bennett, the valley is expected to see even higher temps than last weekend.
Last weekend's heat turned into a problem for several people who attended the iHeartRadio festival near the MGM Grand. Several people reportedly became badly dehydrated and one woman told Action News that she saw 5 people pass out at the festival.
Those attending this weekend's giant music festival will want to make sure that they drink plenty of water and take other precautions in the heat.
Thousands of people are expected to attend every day of the three-day festival that starts today and ends on Sunday.
A couple of changes to this year's festival include a fourth stage and food will be available throughout the festival area instead of in one central location.
If you are planning on going downtown this weekend, be aware that there are multiple road closures in effect.
