A house fire near Carey Avenue and Lamb Boulevard could be a suspicious fire.
Neighbors called 911 around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday when they spotted flames coming from the home. No one was inside, and no injuries were reported.
Once the fire was out, a man and a woman arrived at the scene and told firefighters they lived inside the home. Police later came by and took the man into custody.
13 Action News later caught up with the woman to ask why her boyfriend was taken into custody. She denied he had any involvement in the fire. When asked why police were at the scene, she called it "harassment" since they were dealing with the fire at the same time her boyfriend was taken into custody.
