UPDATE SEPT. 28: The John Doe has been identified. A caregiver at a facility remembered one of the building's elderly patients had a son who was missing this summer and contacted that patient.
The name of the man was not released.

A local hospital is trying to identify one of their patients.
The man was found wandering the streets on the west side of town in May. Since then, he has been a patient at Summerlin Hospital. He is currently listed as 'John Doe.'
The man does not know his name and apparently has no criminal record, according to police.
