LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A suspect shoots victim with his own gun inside a Las Vegas business on Friday evening on East Charleston Boulevard.
The homicide occurred at the 1200 block of East Charleston Boulevard at around 4:45 p.m. when officers discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound inside a Las Vegas business. Medical staff came and pronounced the victim dead.

Authorities claim that the suspect was acting "erratic" when entering a local business. The suspect saw a customer open carry a firearm and proceeded to try to get the gun from the victim.
The suspect stole the gun and shot the victim, according to LVMPD Homicide Lieutenant Robert Price.
The suspect was promptly located just a block away from the shooting.
Police say this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
