JAN. 8 UPDATE: The Clark County Coroner has identified the woman as 59-year-old Denise Rousseau from Las Vegas. Her cause of death was inhalation of products of combustion and her death has been ruled an accident.

A woman is dead after a weekend fire at a condominium complex in Henderson, according to authorities.

The Henderson Fire Department responded to the fire on Saturday around 11 p.m. at a complex on Manti Place, not far from Warm Springs Road and Stephanie Street.

The department says the fire was in a unit on the first floor of a two-story building.

The woman found dead by firefighters will be identified by the Clark County Coroner’s office, as well as her cause of death.

Families from several other units in the building were displaced.

The cause of the fire is undetermined and the damage is valued at $150,000.
