LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Henderson police are joining forces to target speeders.
Starting Friday, police say they will increase traffic enforcement with officers targeting areas that are known for excessive speeds and areas that have received the most citizen complaints of speed violations.
Insurance agencies report speeding is at the top of the list of related factors for drivers involved in fatal crashes.
Henderson's initiative will last through May 10.
