UPDATE: Deputies located and took Joseph Patrick Shannon is custody without incident this afternoon in Dolan Springs.

Mohave County Sheriff’s detectives and deputies are investigating a strong armed robbery that happened on Monday.
Investigators say a 39-year-old female victim was assaulted by 33-year-old Joseph Patrick Shannon of Henderson, Nevada, while he was stealing the victims red Honda 3-wheeler.
The victim and Shannon were acquaintances. The victim was taken to Kingman Regional Medical Center where she was treated for a broken arm, cuts and bruises to her body.
Shannon is also wanted on a felony warrant for assault issued out of Maricopa County Superior Court and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Shannon is asked to contact Mohave County Sheriff’s Office at (928) 753-0753 or Silent Witness at (928) 753-1234. A reward may be issued for information leading to his arrest.
