The Southern Nevada Health District hosted an open house at its newest public health center at 280 S. Decatur Blvd. at Decatur and Meadows Lane on Tuesday. March 8.
The new facility includes upgrades made possible through redevelopment funding received from the City of Las Vegas.
The new public health center includes environmental health and clinical services, Food Handler Safety Training Card services, vital records, and EMS services.
The new building was purchased in December 2014 for $6.5 million.
