The executive director of the Ronald McDonald House in Reno has been ousted from his job amid allegations he used charity funds for his own benefit and sexually harassed female staffers.
The Reno Gazette-Journal first reported the removal of 80-year-old Marty Ozer following a misconduct investigation on its website Thursday.
Ozer denied any wrongdoing. He told the newspaper he's considering taking legal action against the nonprofit.
Tax filings show he was paid more than $93,000 in 2016 as head of the organization that raises about $1 million annually and provides housing for out-of-town families with children staying at area hospitals.
Interim Director Brock Marquez said in a memo in February an internal probe found Ozer allegedly downloaded pornography during business hours and misused the charity's credit card and flight vouchers intended for families of sick children.
