A food pantry ran by Project 150 that supplies food for hungry students in the Las Vegas valley is in need of donations. Tom George reporting.
LAS VEGAS (KTNV) - Project 150, a local group which helps homeless high school students in CCSD is in need of donations ahead of the holidays.
The group says there are around 4,000 homeless students in Clark County.
They gather snacks and food and deliver them to high schools every day. But now, they say their shelves have been going empty.
They say part of that is because the holidays are approaching and they also need to prepare thousands of meals for Christmas.
In addition to money donations, Project 150 also needs bulk donations of Cup of Noodles, granola bars, and other snack for their day to day deliveries.
Their officer are located at Rancho and Gowan. For more information, you can find a link here.
