14 former salon workers at Cosmopolitan hotel-casino have filed a lawsuit over workplace conditions, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The lawsuit was filed against Nevada Property 1, who owns the Cosmopolitan.
The complaint accuses the company of fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress and retaliatory termination.
Plantiffs claim they worked in a "noxious cavern of toxic chemicals for years" and management turned a blind eye.
