Big changes are coming to your commute. The largest and final phase of Project Neon starts Monday.  NDOT is calling this phase the Main Event because it could cause delays.

The Main Event will pick up where the Big Squeeze and Carnado left off. Essentially, crews will widen a four-mile stretch of the 15, between Sahara and the Spaghetti Bowl.

There will be several changes to that part of the freeway. The ramp connecting the 95 south to the 15 south will be down to one lane and detoured. Then, both directions of the 15 will be own to three lanes between Sahara and Washington.

The phase is expected to be complete in the summer of 2019.
