Family of Las Vegas man killed by clerk calls for justice

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, family and friends gathered to remember Robert Cook.

According to the police and Cook's son, the man was shot and killed by a gas station clerk in an incident that took place on March 29.

At today's memorial, the family called for justice.

26-year-old Suse Antunez-Garcia is charged with his murder.

Police say during the theft cook got into a scuffle with the store's manager.

That's when Antunez-Garcia appeared with a gun and began shooting.
